This policy explains how 1HUN3TV reports the news, the standards we hold ourselves to, and how readers can trust what they read here. Maintaining this transparency is core to who we are.
Our mission
To deliver fast, accurate, and clear coverage of hip-hop news and culture catching the moments that matter and breaking them down for our audience.
How we report
We distinguish facts from claims. When we report on something an artist said on a live stream, in an interview, or on social media, we make clear that we are reporting on a public statement not stating it as confirmed fact. Allegations are clearly labeled as allegations.
We attribute our sources. When our coverage is based on a specific live stream, post, interview, or report, we identify where it came from so readers can see the original for themselves.
We separate news from commentary. Some of our content is straight news reporting; some of it is commentary, reaction, and opinion. We aim to make clear which is which.
We don’t fabricate. We do not invent quotes, events, or details. If we don’t know something, we say so, or we wait until we do.
We update developing stories. Hip-hop news moves fast, and early details are often incomplete. When a story develops or new information emerges, we update our coverage and note that it has been updated.
What we will not do
- We do not knowingly publish false information.
- We do not publish private personal information such as home addresses, phone numbers, or other details that could put someone at risk.
- We do not target private individuals; our coverage focuses on public figures and matters of public interest within hip-hop and entertainment.
- We do not publish content involving minors in a harmful, exploitative, or inappropriate manner.
Accuracy and accountability

Sponsored and affiliate content
When content is sponsored, paid for, or contains affiliate links, we disclose it clearly in line with FTC guidelines. Sponsored content is always labeled as such, and a sponsor’s involvement never changes how we report a story.
AI disclosure
We may use AI-assisted tools to help with tasks like drafting, research organization, and formatting. However, all published content is reviewed and approved by a human editor before it goes live. We take responsibility for everything we publish.
